Twilio

Twilio data protection addendum, applicable to customers who purchase Twilio Services directly from Twilio, is available at https://www.twilio.com/en-us/legal/data-protection-addendum (Twilio Data Protection Addendum). 

Details of the security measures employed by Twilio in respect of Customer Data are set out in Schedule 2 to the Twilio Data Protection Addendum.  The Customer acknowledges that the Software Services include certain features and functionalities that the Customer may elect to use which impact the security of Customer Data processed in the Customer's use of the Software Services, including in respect of the Twilio Services, encryption of voice recordings, availability of multi-factor authentication on Customers' account, or optional Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption.
