These awards celebrate excellence and innovation across the communications sector, with the “Best Innovation” category as one of the most anticipated honours, spotlighting solutions that break new ground and challenge the boundaries of what’s possible in digital communications.

Ciptex’s nomination recognises the development and real-world impact of our Video Advice Kiosk. This solution combines face-to-face video access with intelligent, AI-enhanced service capabilities, delivering inclusive support in physical locations where people need it most.
This innovation reflects our continued commitment to building solutions that increase accessibility, reduce pressure on contact centres, and drive better outcomes for both users and agents.
