Our hosted solution means that you do not need to install a PBX on your premises. This lowers your costs and gives you the flexibility to pay for and add capacity as and when you need it. Our solution is hosted in secure data centres and connects to your offices over a secure and dedicated network, meaning you benefit from high quality services continually monitored by our platform and team.
We can run all of your telephones from our data centre across all of your offices, so that staff who travel between offices can always log in using the same number. This also applies to international offices. Calls between offices connected on the Ciptex network are free, helping you to lower your costs.
Our solution is modular. In addition to competitive basic telephony, we have several additional communications modules you can add onto your service as and when you need them. These include mobile integration (using Avaya One-X), Conference Calling, Video Conferencing and a range of numbering schemes.
