Ciptex is a Cloud Communications Service Provider.
Ciptex was founded by contact centre technology managers who wanted to offer a solution that was one they would want to build and run themselves. We have taken call centre and telephony products from some of the world’s leading vendors including Avaya, Altitude, Cisco, IEX and others, and integrated them in our secure data centres in London. This provides a full suite of contact centre and business telephony modules which can be combined to meet our customers’ specific needs.
Each customer securely connects to our data centres via one of several carrier partners to provide a high quality, secure and dedicated link. The resulting service requires minimal on-site installation and maintenance, whilst providing maximum flexibility to add or remove modules as needed.
